we strive to provide a seamless rental experience for all of our tenants. To ensure fairness and efficiency in our leasing process, we have established the following Deposit Policy:  • Deposit Commitment: Once a deposit is submitted, the unit is reserved exclusively for the applicant, and it is removed from availability for other prospective tenants.  •  48-Hour Cancellation Window: Applicants have 48 hours from the time of deposit submission to request a cancellation or make any changes to their lease commitment. •  Non-Refundable Policy: After the 48-hour period, all deposits become non-refundable, as we have held the unit and turned away other potential renters based on the applicant’s commitment.
